Vickar Auto Group is looking for experienced Sr. Parts Coordinator, who, under the direction of the General Manager, will be responsible to maintain the smooth and effective operation of the Parts Department.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Effective parts inventory management, consistent with shop needs; procurement, properly manage turnover and balance of fast/slow moving products.
- Work with shop staff to ensure a timely turn-around of needed parts.
- Ensure the security of department inventory and monies.
- Model and enforce safety standards and legal requirements.
- Communicate at all times in a friendly, tactful, helpful, patient manner with all facility staff, guests and customers.
- Respond quickly to customer needs, inquiries, complaints in a manner so as to assure satisfaction.
- Other related duties, responsibilities and special projects as needed and assigned.

**Salary**: $29,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
