Service Advisor/ Admin Clerk

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Service Administrator to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in an automotive service setting.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate service appointments and manage the service schedule efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Upsell additional services and products to customers when appropriate.
- Assist with cash handling and processing payments accurately.
- Maintain organized records of service transactions and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the service team, including mechanics, to ensure smooth operations.
- Support dealership operations by performing various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive repair or dealership setting is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge or background as a mechanic is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capability to multitask effectively.
- Upselling skills to promote additional services or products.
