Country Head, Global

Purpose of the Role:
The Country Head, Global will lead the execution of strategic plans to drive revenue growth across the countries they oversee. They will manage Country Managers to ensure sales targets are met and business profitability is achieved. Exceptional leadership, communication, and motivational skills are essential for success in this role.
Reports to: CEO
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and execute solid execution strategies for each country.
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives and targets.
- Drive sales and relationship management efforts, expanding networks of Partners, Agents, Agencies, and individual consumers through calls, meetings, and travel.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and business leaders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Understand and manage the business journey locally and internationally, connecting the dots to drive success.
- Collaborate with the IT team to promptly resolve technical issues.
- Manage Country Managers, ensuring adherence to job description objectives.
- Provide weekly updates on team progress in developing leads and increasing sales.
- Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience.
Skills/Competencies:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a management capacity.
- Direct experience overseeing operations and sales activities across multiple countries, with a focus on achieving business objectives and targets in diverse market environments.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across various geographic regions.
- Proven ability to establish and nurture strategic partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders, including Partners, Agents, Agencies, and individual consumers, to drive business expansion and enhance market presence.
- Exceptional understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, with the ability to leverage insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive business success.
- Skills: Strong multitasking, negotiating, persuasion, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional work ethic, leadership, and budgeting skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office suite.
