BaAM is a creative experience company specializing in world-class sports and entertainment events.

In preparation for FIFA World Cup 2026, our dynamic team is currently seeking an Event Construction Scheduler who will be responsible for assembling schedule details. This role will manage Event construction schedules across all tournament venues, consolidating and overseeing scheduling in collaboration with the broader Event construction team.

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Develop and manage oversight of Integrated Schedules**

**Reporting and Communication**
- Maintain and communicate progress updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to the team

**Team Leadership and Management**
- Lead and manage work of direct report(s), providing guidance, mentoring, and support
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication
- Demonstrate a solution-oriented and proactive approach to project management with a “refuse to fail” mentality

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- 7+ years' experience in a similar role within a complex organization, with demonstrable program/scheduling management skills
- Experience in scheduling management of multi-disciplinary, technical, complex, and sensitive projects
- Proficiency in industry-leading scheduling software
- Proven ability to make decisions based on both available and limited information
- Experience in scheduling management within the construction/development industry or multi-sport events
- Experience in live events or multi-sport games is considered an asset
- You have a strong work ethic and thrive on challenges
- You’re highly analytical and accurate as attention to detail is critical to this role
