**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and heating issues, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing and heating systems to ensure proper functionality and safety.
- Collaborate with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements and layout.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment to complete tasks.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.

**Requirements**:

- English Required
- Journeyman Plumber License/Certification is required.
- Red Seal is Required
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Minimum 4 years experience

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Plumbing: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Red Seal (preferred)
- Class 5 Licence (required)

Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour
