IT proudly provides the computer systems, security, IT services and governance that support AGLC’s businesses, including the operation & support of mission critical gaming, liquor and corporate systems running on a variety of computing platforms. IT ensures the stability and performance of a Local/Wide Area Network, which supports over 1,200 gaming locations and more than 2,000 computers/tablets, 150 physical and 2,000 virtual servers distributed across six corporate offices, casinos, RECs and bingo halls. IT provides leadership in the use of information technology, data and systems to help the AGLC achieve business goals and objectives.

**JOB SUMMARY**

Is eLearning and Learning Management System Administration your area of expertise? We may have the perfect opportunity for you The Information Technology Business Services Branch is looking for an adaptable, motivated, and resourceful technical professional to join the Client Digital Services team as our eLearning Analyst.

You’ll be required to develop a deep understanding of our business, compliance, and regulatory needs and weave those into the processes that govern our Learning Management System. Business areas responsible for internal and external training courses will come to you for support with uploading and administering their courses for their learners. They’ll also come to you for support in updating and maintaining their course content. Your comfort with navigating exciting demands while simultaneously managing multiple projects with differing degrees of priority will be instrumental in your success.

Your days will be filled with meaningful work: creating and updating course content in Articulate Storyline, uploading and modifying courses in our SuccessFactors LMS, pulling and creating reports in our SuccessFactors LMS, and consulting on all things eLearning.

You’ll report to the Senior Manager of the Client Digital Services Team and will support day to day operational requirements. In addition, you’ll be an active contributor to the AGLC ERP project, strategically weaving yourself in and out at different phases of the project. You’ll partner with Content Creators and Course Administrators on a daily basis as you operate our enterprise Learning Management System.

**SKILLS/ABILITIES**
Education
- Degree or Certification in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Computer Sciences or a related field
- A related certificate in SuccessFactors or SAP would also be an asset
- A related certificate or courses in HTML or JSON would be considered an asset
- A related certificate or courses in content authoring software or other LMS administration would be considered an asset

Experience
- Minimum 4 years’ experience providing instructional design using content authoring software (including, photo editing, video editing, and audio editing software)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with an LMS in an administrative capacity
- Experience utilizing formative and summative assessment strategies
- Experience in a regulated government organization
