We're seeking a dynamic, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager or Assistant Manager, depending on experience.

**Job Overview**:
The Manager/Assistant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the gas station and convenience store, ensuring smooth and efficient service. This role requires a strong leader with great organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service. You will manage staff, ensure inventory is well-stocked, and work to maintain a positive and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the gas station and convenience store
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Handle inventory management and ordering supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Monitor sales and customer service to meet business goals
- Handle cash management and reconcile sales at the end of shifts
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail management experience, preferably in a convenience store or gas station
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Experience with inventory management and sales reporting
- Basic computer skills (experience with POS systems is an asset)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
