We invite you to take the helm as the General Manager for two dynamic radio stations serving a vibrant community. With a recent acquisition Maritime Broadcasting Systems LTD is looking for a General Manager/Sales Manager for CKTY and CKTO in Truro, NS.

This exciting position offers you the unique opportunity to shape the future of these newly acquired stations, designing their path while fostering local connections. Your leadership will not only guide our talented team but also establish a strong community presence that reflects the heart and soul of the towns we serve.

**What You Bring to the Table**:
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall business performance.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with market analysis and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Experience in budget management and financial forecasting
- Relevant certifications in sales or management preferred
