**Finance Manager**

Are you a Finance Professional with a passion for numbers and business growth? We’re looking for a **Finance Manager** to lead our financial operations and help shape the future of our company. As a key member of our leadership team reporting directly to the VP, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations, and senior executives to fuel revenue growth, optimize inventory strategies, and help shape the future of our business.

**What You’ll Do**
- Oversee financial planning & analysis, statements, cost control, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and the company’s long-term financial strategy.
- Prepare month end and year end financial statements
- Manage day-to-day and long-term cash flow.
- Administer banking operations and maintain banking relationships.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure accurate, complete monthly financial reporting and analysis.
- Establish a robust management reporting system to support sales growth, inventory management, cost control, and profitability improvements.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses to support business strategy and operations.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and Cannabis Act regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff as the business and accounting team grow.
- Manage other strategic and administrative priorities as operationally required.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (required).
- CPA designation (or equivalent) is an asset.
- 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting, ideally in high-volume, fast-growth environments.
- At least 2 years in a financial management role with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software (Sage 50 preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented team player who thrives under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
