**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate snow plow equipment to clear snow from roads, parking lots, and walkways.
- Maintain and inspect snow removal equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various tasks related to snow removal and landscape maintenance.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including lubricating parts and checking fluid levels.
- Assist with additional landscape maintenance tasks as needed, including digging, irrigating, and building structures.
- Respond promptly to changing weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of snow removal assignments.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to operating and maintaining snow plow equipment.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for various maintenance tasks.
- Experience in landscape maintenance is highly desirable.
- Ability to dig, build, and irrigate as part of broader maintenance responsibilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during snow removal operations.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough clearing of snow and ice from designated areas.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 2.5 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Snow plowing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
