**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet every customer with a warm, friendly, and upbeat attitude
- Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to our café’s quality standards
- Assist with baking, food preparation, and presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health standards
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a small, tight-knit team
- Contribute to a positive environment where customers feel welcome and valued

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in customer service, barista work, or baking is a strong asset (but not required—we’ll train the right person)
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented personality
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Availability for a consistent schedule, with potential for increased hours
- Commitment to long-term employment (this is not a seasonal role)
- Punctuality and reliability are a must

**Qualifications**
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekdays and some weekends.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
