DUTIES
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, milk shake & alcoholic beverages.
- Sell & pack baked goods.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately using a POS system
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Assist with food packaging and desserts preparation as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflow

SKILLS
- Strong math skills for accurately processing payments and making change
- Previous experience in the food service industry is required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and provide friendly service
- Knowledge of food safety procedures to ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Cashiering skills for accurately processing transactions and maintaining cash drawer accuracy

In the role of Barista/All Rounder, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Reporting to the shift supervisor, your responsibilities will include operating POS systems, managing cash handling, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Your core skills in serving and food preparation, combined with premium skills in time management, will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced food industry environment.
