**What will you do?**

Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.
- Represent Zibi as on-site coordinator during all events and activations on site, including:
- Community events
- Pop-up activations
- Yoga and fitness programming
- Festivals and markets
- Photo and video shoot rentals
- Prepare and assist with drafting and creating event and partnership agreements.
- Assist in marketing duties including advertising, project presentations, collateral, promotional items, etc.
- Assist with planning, participation, invoicing, and contracts for on-site events.
- Assist with social media content and management.

**What type of experience and skills do you have?**

- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing in both official languages
- High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time with a proven ability to meet timelines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- An events or marketing background with 3+ years of experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Mail Chimp is an asset
- Graphic design experience and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite considered an asset
- Experience with Wordpress considered an asset
- Connection to the Ottawa/Gatineau cultural network considered an asset.

As this is an events and marketing position you may be required to work some evenings and weekends depending on event needs. Your schedule will be flexible based on 40 hours per week.

**What is Zibi?**
