**WHAT WE REQUIRE**:
The duties and functions of this position will include, but are not limited to:

- Answering service calls.
- Scheduling regular and preventative maintenance service calls.
- Provide weekly open work order reports and time billings.
- Track and bill technicians’ times on all work orders.
- Managing technician’s work schedules.
- Forwarding technicians’ weekly hours to Payroll.
- Ensure technicians’ paperwork is complete and handed in on a timely basis.
- Ensure all outside purchased parts are billed to proper work orders.
- Ensure warranty claims are inputted promptly and timely.
- Invoice customer completed jobs, ensuring proper information is entered onto computer system.
- Takes all reasonable precautions and plays an active role to protect the health and safety of employees in the shop.
- Responsible for maintaining OH&S regulations.
- Responsible for the maintenance of individual health and safety policies, procedures, standards and practices applicable to the work and activities of the shop.
- Other duties as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.**:

- Heavy equipment service experience.
- Heavy equipment parts experience.
- Service desk experience, and an excellent telephone manner for incoming and outgoing calls.
- Mechanical background, with heavy equipment experience is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
- Ability to work independently.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience working in a parts and service operation (specific knowledge of the heavy equipment/truck parts industry is a definite asset.)
- Willingness to learn new products and systems is a key asset.
