Job description

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator with experience moving Dry and Referigerated freight throughout North America to join our team at our Stoney Creek, ON based Freight Brokerage.

**Who is Two Points Logistics?**

We are a company dedicated to providing fair and reliable service to our customers, and known for our ability to build strong relationships with our carrier partners.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain a high level of customer service with current clientele and carrier partners
- Negotiate freight rates with carrier partners and seek out new carrier providers
- Tracking of shipments when required and provide accurate information to customers and other team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Transportation or logistics experience required ( min. of 1 year in either the asset based or freight brokerage side of transportation. Only individuals with this experience will be considered.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate professionally.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Outlook/Excel/Word), Adobe, gmail and Google Workplace
- Technologically savvy, ability to learn new programs quickly and effectively, knowledge of ITS, Loadlink, Truckstop or other freight management systems a plus but not required
- Organized and motivated to complete company objectives
- Be able to work well in a group and individual setting.
- Perform tasks with honesty and integrity
- Strong negotiation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time In Person with one week opportunity to Work From Home

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
