**What You Will Do**:

- Lead Harvard’s I.T. operations including infrastructure, networks, business systems, and end-user support
- Guide a team of I.T. professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
- Drive strategic initiatives in cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, and cybersecurity
- Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, and contract performance
- Support business continuity through disaster recovery planning and risk management
- Collaborate across departments to deliver system upgrades, data workflows, and reporting enhancements
- Explore opportunities to integrate AI and automation tools to improve internal processes

**What You Will Bring**:

- 8+ years of progressive I.T. experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and deliver complex projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, or CISSP are considered an asset
