Design Studio Coordinator

We are SAGE Real Estate, one of Central Toronto’s fastest growing boutique real estate brokerages. In addition to our brokerage operations we also run a Design Studio and a professional grade Print Shop. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented junior professional to join our Design Studio. Must be comfortable operating in a very high paced environment.
At SAGE we do things a little different. Our Design Studio & Print Shop is run more like an internal design agency than a typical marketing department at a real estate brokerage. Our clients are our agents and the brokerage itself. We are growing and our design team needs more help. We want someone that has the skills but also someone the team enjoys working with. Our design studio handles all of the marketing for all of our brokerages listings, as well as all of the brand marketing for many of our agents, and all the marketing initiatives for the brokerage itself. Needless to say we have a lot of design projects on the go at any one time and we need help keeping everything running smoothly.
**Administrative Support**
Perform administrative and clerical duties relevant to a Design Studio and related projects
Help manage incoming design requests
Assist all members of the Design Studio as needed
Process couriers in and out of the Studio
Process Canada Post mass mailings
Upload listings to multiple platforms
Assist in monthly Billing/invoicing
**Production Support**
Assist the Design Studio team on an array of production projects
Help roll out various online tools i.e cloning and deploying WordPress sites used by our agents
**Qualifications**
Possess strong communication (written and verbal)
Possess Microsoft Office skills
Be a Mac native
Be client service oriented
Be exceptionally detail-oriented with a keen eye for text and visual content
Have strong time management skills, with the ability to follow through on multiple projects with close attention to detail
Be proactive, juggle conflicting priorities and function well in a fast paced environment
Possess ability to adapt to new assignments and deadlines
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
Intermediate knowledge of WordPress is a must

**Salary**: $15.42-$25.00 per hour
