V.I.P. Soap Products Ltd. Is a Private & Branded Label Manufacturer of laundry products, household cleaners and personal care products since 1951. We are located in beautiful, and affordable, Mission, BC.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team to meet the demands of our growing business. Our focus is on the US and Canadian market. We are looking for a confident professional who has the energy, motivation, and drive to lead/build a team in doubling sales in the next 3 years.

Position Summary:
Position Responsibilities:
**Understanding customer needs and discovering opportunities that best position our products and business solutions. ** Initiating proposals, negotiations, and presentations. **Reporting Growth Metrics on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis. ** Collaborating in the creation of business development planning and sales targets. **Identifying, researching, and evaluating opportunities to reach potential customers though CRM, BI APP and other prospecting tools. ** Ensuring timely execution on new item introductions, schematic implementation, and promotional programming to succeed in the marketplace. **Conducting a minimum of 20 cold calls per month. ** Generating new customer relationships and sales revenue. **Managing relationships with key accounts and brokers. ** Leverage data to uncover key insights and build effective sales presentations that will allow us to optimize business and drive sales. **Developing and maintaining sales forecast to ensure optimal order fulfillment. ** Achieving volume targets within authorized funding. **Setting strategic direction, performance expectations & managing all appointed brokers and distributors to achieve quality distribution in targeted accounts. ** Analyzing distribution reports to determine market coverage & opportunities for future growth. **Utilizing existing resources to run sales reports & analysis to support future sales initiatives and decisions. ** Managing relationships with key account buyers and supporting teams in the region **Attending trade shows to promote the brand and develop sales opportunities.**

Skills & Experience:
**5 years of experience in sales with comprehensive technical knowledge. Experience in wholesale, retail convenience or grocery distribution preferred. ** Prior success with hunting and opening new business. **Proficient with Technology in Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel. CRM and other sales management technology. ** Exceptional communication, customer service, and organizational skills. **Must have lived in the USA in the past 5 years.**
