**The main responsibilities are**:

- Source the best quality products for the chain
- New products and package development for improve sales and profit
- Maintain the overall quality and control the inventory and shrinkage of the product
- Over seek the sales and PL of the category

**Job Duties**:

- Negotiate costs, prices, discounts and credit terms with suppliers
- Enter order details into internal databases
- Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels
- Expect future supply and sales volume and plan next order
- Select and purchase merchandise for resale
- Receive and review quality of incoming product
- Manage supplier base while proactively seeking and developing new suppliers that strategically fit the organization’s requirements
- Be accountable for the integrity of product information, such as packaging and product development Oversee distribution of merchandise to outlets and maintain adequate stock levels
- Work with operations to understand current market trends to determine the quality and type of merchandise to purchase
- Establish and maintain contact with suppliers
- Provide strategic assistance for cross selling and/or cross purchasing product
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management team

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- College or University graduate
- Experience in sourcing product
- Experience in Food Industry
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Must be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial spirited, fast-paced and changing workplace environment with a desire to make a strong impact on the business
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and make judgements, and a sense of urgency is important

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38,500.00-$45,000.00 per year
