**Overview**
The Web Development Project Coordinator at XMind Design will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of web design and development projects. This role requires a combination of project management, client communication, and technical coordination to ensure the creation of high-quality, responsive websites that align with client objectives and company standards. The coordinator will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining the highest level of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) quality.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the end-to-end web development project lifecycle, from the initial concept to delivery, ensuring that projects are executed according to client requirements and internal objectives.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and content creators to align on project goals, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, managing resources and budgets to ensure all projects are completed within scope and on time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, providing regular updates, gathering feedback, and addressing any concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure that websites meet the highest standards for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI), optimizing for both desktop and mobile responsiveness.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, including website testing, identifying and resolving bugs or issues before the final launch to ensure the highest level of functionality and performance.
- Coordinate the integration of additional features such as e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and other functionalities required by the client.
- Ensure that all websites adhere to the best security practices, coordinating regular updates and ongoing maintenance to safeguard the site against vulnerabilities.
- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Monitor and track the performance of ongoing projects, generating regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending improvements for future projects.

**Experience**
- Strong understanding of web development processes, including UX/UI design principles, responsive design, and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients and stakeholders.
- Experience with website testing, quality assurance, and ensuring website security.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
