**Account Executive**

This role will play a vital role in fostering strong customer relationships as well as impacting further growth through business development. You will manage assigned accounts and be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions to meet needs and expectations of the customers.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Be lead point of contact for assigned accounts ensuring satisfaction and no customer churn
- Monitor account performance and product adoption, and anticipate improvements to ensure customer retention
- Show product expertise by delivering compelling product demos and trainings sessions to diverse audience including high-level executives
- Formulate plans to enhance customer results and identify growth opportunities to expand our product/service offerings.
- Handle inbound and hunted sales opportunities from initial contact to closing the sale.
- Role can include prospecting and business development activities, to adapt to strengths and preferences of job holder

**Profile**
- Up to 5 years of previous experience in sales within the software industry
- A strong drive for success with proven track record of previous achievements.
- Proactive and persistent attitude, with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Technology-savvy (technical academic background is a strong advantage) and hands-on mindset
- Excellent communication and product presentation skills
- Fluency in English

Date of start: As soon as possible

Employment rate: Full-time, 100%

Work-location: Navori office in Montreal, with 1 day home-office

Ce rôle jouera un rôle essentiel dans le développement de relations solides avec les clients ainsi que dans la croissance future grâce au développement commercial. Principales responsabilités:

- Être le point de contact principal pour les comptes assignés en garantissant la satisfaction et l'absence de désabonnement des clients
- Surveiller les performances des comptes et l'adoption des produits, et anticiper les améliorations pour assurer la fidélisation des clients
- Montrer l'expertise des produits en proposant des démonstrations de produits convaincantes et des sessions de formation à un public diversifié, y compris des cadres de haut niveau
- Formuler des plans pour améliorer les résultats des clients et identifier les opportunités de croissance pour élargir notre offre de produits/services.
- Gérer les opportunités de vente entrantes et recherchées du premier contact à la clôture de la vente.
- Le poste peut inclure des activités de prospection et de développement commercial, pour s'adapter aux points forts et aux préférences du titulaire du poste

Profil
- Jusqu'à 5 ans d'expérience préalable dans la vente au sein de l'industrie du logiciel
- Une forte volonté de réussir avec des antécédents prouvés de réalisations antérieures.
- Attitude proactive et persistante, avec la capacité de prendre des initiatives et de travailler de manière indép
