**Position Type**: Payroll Position, 40 hrs/week, Weekdays with some Weekends
**Term**: March - October 2026
**Location**: Truro, Nova Scotia
**WHAT TO EXPECT**
Coldstream Clear’s Events & Experience (E&E) Team brings our brand to life at festivals, tastings, pop-ups, and retail activations throughout Atlantic Canada. These moments are only possible because of strong planning, clear communication, and precise coordination behind the scenes.
As our **Events and**Summer Event Experience Coordinator**,** you will work **directly under the Events & Experience Manager**, supporting daily operations of the department. You will help coordinate our Experience Team, manage scheduling, prepare event materials, improve 5S systems, and ensure all event logistics are organized and ready. This is a **primarily office-based role in Truro**,** with occasional event support as needed. You will be the **organizational backbone** that keeps the season running smoothly.

**Your Role**
Reporting directly to the **Events & Experience Manager**, the **Events and** **Summer Event Experience Coordinator** provides essential operational support for the full E&E department. This role ensures Experience Captains and Experience Team members have the tools, information, schedules, and resources they need to execute top-tier events.
You will not directly manage people - instead, you will coordinate, support, and organize the workflow for Experience Captains who execute events in the field. Your role is to create clarity, structure, and efficiency so the entire team can shine.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be a positive ambassador for Coldstream by sharing our story, values, and products with pride and professionalism
- Help build and maintain the weekly event and staffing schedule, ensuring the right people are in the right places at the right times
- Assign Experience Team members to events based on availability, strengths, and team needs
- Communicate schedules, expectations, and updates clearly, respectfully, and in a timely way
- Support the Events & Experience Manager with daily planning, coordination, and logistics
- Act as a reliable point of contact for the Experience Team regarding schedules, event details, and on-site needs
- Prepare event kits, product, merch, signage, tasting tools, and supplies so the team is always set up for success
- Help implement and maintain 5S standards in event storage and workspaces to keep everything organized, efficient, and ready to go
- Work closely with the Events & Experience Manager to support smooth operations across all events
- Assist with event debriefs, reporting, and organizing photos, content, and feedback after each activation
- Attend select events to support the team with setup, guest engagement, troubleshooting, and teardown as needed
- Step in wherever support is needed to help deliver a high-quality guest experience
**Qualifications**
- Must be 19+ years of age.
- Must have, or be willing to obtain, a Responsible Beverage Training Certificate applicable to your province (Smart Serve, Safe Serve, etc.)
- Currently enrolled in a university or college program (Business, Events, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced settings both independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work evenings and weekends (when most events occur).
- Must be available for a minimum of two weekends a month.
- Ability to travel within the province for events.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required, as this role involves operating a company vehicle.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (product, coolers, event gear, etc).
Qualifications considered a strong asset:
- Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, customer service, retail, or events.
- Knowledge of Coldstream products.
- Demonstrated leadership experience (formal or informal).
