Your Role:
We are seeking a driven and professional individual who is enthusiastic about designing and delivering events for our customers who are equally devoted to our brand. You will be working along side our positive and high energy Events and Experience (E&E) Manager who is excited to engage with a diverse clientele with you. You will bring contagious positive vibes with a keen eye for details and focus supporting seamless memorable experiences for our treasured guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engaging presence while masterminding and producing Coldstream events: Festivals, beer fests, product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Create and inspire others to share out of the box ideas, along side E&E Manager
- Generate and feed mutually beneficial relationships with our awesome Event partners.
- Is able to and desires to lead and inspire others; motivates, empowers, develops, and directs people making everyday a journey in excellence.
- Attend our unique events and provide support to make the magic happen during set up, breakdown and guest engagement.
- Boaster brand awareness and deliver our seamless, enjoyable and memorable experience for our guests.
- To knock all the finite details for our events out of the park - from timelines, schedules, promotion materials, inventory and support.
- Find the lessons to be learned and contribute to continuous improvement of our events and experiences.
- Confidently and consistently maintain communication while initiating learning conversations.

Who you are:

- Currently enrolled in a university or college program, pursuing a degree in Events Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related fields.
- Have demonstrated strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Positively engaging, detailed focused team member who is excited to collaborate, promote and inherit Coldstream’s Values.
- Capability to collaborate and delegate tasks within a team environment, work alongside the E&E Manager, and assist in various event-related tasks.
- Ready to work evenings and weekends because that's when the fun happens
- Ability to pivot for the curve balls, work under pressure and in fast-paced event environments.
- Proficient, Confident and knowledgeable of communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and understanding while striving for our common goal.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, positive, team-oriented environment.
- Passion for the alcohol industry and creating memorable experiences.
- Able to lift (up to 50 lbs)
