This role is 100% commission with unlimited earning potential, self-directed schedule, and the freedom to build your success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute Sales Strategy

- Prospect, qualify, and convert new leads and maintain CRM
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
- Represent Andau at events and conferences
**What We’re Looking For**
- Dental Sales or any sales background
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, results-driven
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Organized and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Dental/clinical background is a plus, not required
