**How you’ll contribute**
As our **Parts & Service Administrator,** you’ll be in a key role supporting the Branch Manager and Technicians through:
- Maintaining inventory controls by placing orders, monitoring schedule/delivery times, coordinating shipments, and assisting with warranty submissions to vendors
- Having excellent communication and customer service skills when interacting with the Road Service Team, Sales Team, stores, and clients
- Dispatching the Road Service Team in a timely manner
- Resolving any queries or disputes related to shipping/invoicing, and assisting with customer damage billing
- Acting as the liaison between stores, customers, and technicians to ensure all service calls are resolved in a timely manner
- Managing purchase orders, and opening/closing work orders using applicable coding
- Maintaining inventory consistency by ensuring the correct parts are applied to equipment or transferred
- Maintaining close-out of work orders and upkeep of status codes,
- Completing weekly cycle counts for the Top 50 parts, along with proactively completing department counts
- Following all paperwork procedures related to the order, delivery and receipt of repair/maintenance on parts and equipment
- Maintaining knowledge of North and East GTA to support the Road Service Team when needed
- Supporting the Road Service Team by providing site details to technicians and verifying site information accuracy
- Accurately entering and maintaining all inventory control documents in order to preserve the integrity of our Rental Management computer system.
- Ensuring that every customer is treated in the same fair and consistent manner and resolving issues as they arise
- Adhering to and promoting our Company Safety Policies, including wearing required PPE
- Other duties as assigned
**What we’re looking for**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a parts administration, heating equipment, equipment rentals or similar background
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and effectively able to deal with customers in person and on the phone
- Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- A G Driver’s license with a clean abstract is a bonus
