Autobahn CARSTAR Barrie is seeking to add another CSR / Administrative Assistant to its successful team

As a Customer Service Representative, with exceptional customer service skills, you will interact with customers after a collision to provide guidance and information. This will ensure that the customers are taken care of after enduring an accident.

Also, you'll be responsible for updating customer files and ensuring all documents and

paperwork are completed correctly and ready to be reviewed with customers.

**Tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Speak with customers to discuss damages, repair process and timeline and costs.
- Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
- Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Proficient at multi-tasking
- Able to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner when it comes to learning new software programs
- Detail-oriented
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Update customers on their repair process and give them correct information on the status of his or her repairs
- Update insurance on the repair process
- Prepare and inspect all Body shop files for accurate posting and payment before pickup
- Handle all payments after the repairs are completed
- Close out repair orders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Collision Repair: 1 year (required)
