**Responsibilities**:
As an **Electrical Foreman**at Alpine West System Electrical, you will be responsible for overseeing our ongoing electrical project. Your role will involve leading a team of skilled electricians, managing resources, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and coordinating the activities of electricians and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications to guide the installation process.
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks or delays, and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize project efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Providing guidance and training to team members, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting professional growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in any of the following: slab, rough-in, finishing work, EMT, fire alarm, or distribution. High-rise projects experience an asset.
- Proficient knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
- Valid electrical journeyman/journeywoman or master license is highly desirable.
