**Position Title: Electrical Foreman**

Position Type: Full-time, permanent

This position is for you if:

- You have a genuine desire to create a positive impact on your crews, making sure that safety is foremost while setting productivity goals and ensuring morale is high
- You enjoy planning a project, including identifying upcoming tasks and setting schedules
- You want to be actively involved in the design and layout of all installations
- You take pride in quality work, and expect the same of others
- You love problem solving and enjoy being the point person to get the job done

In this position, you will be leading a team while coordinating with Management and other sub-trades. You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s reputation on site, and report directly to Senior Management.

**Qualifications**:
**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Valid Canadian Red Seal Certification
- Must be located within the Province of B.C. or have existing plans to relocate

**Knowledge, skills and abilities**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to contribute to a high-functioning team as well as work independently

Assets:

- Broad range Industry experience (i.e. Commercial/Residential/Institutional)
- FSR accreditation
- Proficiency with Design Software (AutoCAD, Bluebeam, etc.) is beneficial, but not required.
