Some 37 years ago, Leroy “Bus” Earl Fuller and his son Stanley Earl Fuller had a simple idea: create a laid-back burger and beer joint. When the restaurant started there was no question what it would be called, it had to be Earls. The Edmonton Alberta restaurant quickly took off because, well, who says no to burgers and beer? The Server Assistant
Server Assistants at Earls love hospitality. **As a Server Assistant, you’ll**:
Assist our servers in creating an exceptional guest experience by delivering drinks, staging tables for food service, and maintaining the server station and passthrough
Be the foundation behind impeccable service, creating the Earls Experience for each and every guest

Optimize section turnovers and table maintenance by achieving flawless operations
Create an environment of connected, committed teamwork through non-stop communication and the willingness to help others win
Be the life of the party, keeping fun the focus of every interaction

**What you bring to the floor**:
The belief that people are the source of extraordinary experiences, and the desire to deliver exemplary guest experiences, every day
Ninja-status time and task organization/prioritization skills, a willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching and mentorship
Communication skills that foster seamless teamwork and smooth-sailing-shifts
Required certifications to responsibly serve alcohol (specific to your province)
