**Busy physiotherapy clinic in Abbotsford is hiring for a part time receptionist/MOA. MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR EVENING HOURS.**

- Fast learner, familiar and comfortable working on a computer using a windows based booking and billing program (Jane)
- Efficient cash handling and POS experience
- Greeting clients, answering phones, taking detailed messages and booking appointments
- Accurately entering, updating and maintaining client information in files and on company software
- Providing administrative support to all staff as required
- Contacting ICBC, DVA and 3rd party insurance companies for confirmation of coverage
- Billing outstanding accounts
- Occasional cleaning of front office and clinic
- Assisting physiotherapists with setting patients up and taking them off equipment
- Wiping beds and preparing rooms for next patient

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abbotsford, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
