Wedlock Paper Converters is a family run business built on tradition and innovation for nearly 100 years. We’re on the lookout for a passionate **Food Safety & Quality Assurance Specialist** to help us keep our products top-notch and our customers happy.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Craft a Food Safety Masterpiece**: Develop and maintain our Quality Management & Food Safety System using GMP and risk management practices.
- **Be the Specification Wizard**: Administer manufacturing specs and ensure everything meets regulatory requirements.
- **Stay Ahead of the Game**: Keep us updated on food safety regulations and guide the team on compliance.
- **Train and Inspire**: Support our crew with training and problem-solving to promote food safety awareness.
- **Data Detective**: Upload supplier info and participate in recall exercises to keep us sharp.
- **KPI Champion**: Monitor and communicate key quality metrics to drive performance.
- **Audit Guru**: Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring we’re always compliant.
- **Pest Control Overlord**: Oversee pest control services to keep our environment squeaky clean.
- **Document Diva**: Maintain thorough and organized records, both on paper and digitally.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and HACCP certification.
- **Experience**: At least 3 years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control and Food Safety in the food industry.
- **Skills**: Familiar with SFI, GMP, AIB, and GFSI (SQFI) certifications. Strong communicator in English and proficient in Microsoft Office.
