We are looking for a Corporate Services Clerk I to help with our continued growth and contribute to our future.

In this position, you will provide administrative support to ESC’s customers in processing, organizing, and reporting due diligence searches. This includes conducting corporate due diligences searches across multiple jurisdictions, reviewing results and providing accurate reporting to clients and more.

Reporting to Operations Supervisor, other highlights include:

- Providing our clients with assistance in ordering searches including securities, PPSA, corporate searches, and NUANS requests.
- Assist in the flow of day-to-day operations, with a focus on ensuring orders are fulfilled and completed within SLA’s.
- Answering phone calls from clients: answering questions, providing needed information, explaining the different services offered and related fees.
- Provide support to clients on our online platforms.
- Follow-up of files sent to ministries and agents.
- Invoicing all the different services rendered by the department.
- Build deep knowledge of services offered by other departments.

What you’ll need:

- Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent education.
- 1-2 years of experience working in an office or legal environment.
- Experience with PPSA, Corporate & Land title registry is an asset.

Please note: This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement consisting of in-office and remote work.
