**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Setting the dining room and assisting with meal set-up.
- Support Sisters with mobility and physical activities, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance well-being.
- Assist Sisters with medication and adherence to prescribed health regimens.
- Document progress and report any changes in health or behavior to appropriate personnel.

**Skills**
- Experience in senior care or caregiving is required.
- Familiarity with dementia care strategies and assisted living protocols.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility needs.
- A caring attitude combined with patience and empathy towards individuals in need of support.
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the home or facility environment.
