We're looking for a Business Development Coordinator to be the heart of our Service customer support team at Honda of Thornhill. Now in partnership with North America’s largest automotive retailer, Lithia and Driveway, it’s your chance to work for a Fortune 500 company and grow with us We are looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership.

As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting customers in booking service appointments for their vehicles.

**Here’s What **You’ll** be Doing**:

- Manage incoming internet, chat and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads.
- Arrange Service appointments.
- Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information.
- Accurately document and update records in required systems.
- Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand all programs, systems, and procedures.
- Occasionally assist with the triage of all overflow calls by taking messages or transferring to the appropriate department.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office is mandatory.
- Experience with xTime, CDK, Kimoby/myKaarma, Reynolds, and Dealermine is an asset.
- Previous automotive experience is preferred.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
