**Thornhill Hyundai** is looking for Junior Inside Sales Representative/Business Development based in We are looking for an individual who will focus on booking appointments based on the dealerships target volume, as well as educates on manufacturers programs, review inventory availability and go for the close With setting appointments, our Inside Sales Team also maintains the upkeep of the data base in order to create a personable relationship with the customer while obtaining all avenues of contact for future reference.
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Thursday : 11 am to 7 pm
- Saturdays: 10 am to 6 pm
**Expectations**
- Coordinating appointments - Coordinate customer’s appointments to fit both the needs of the customers as well as the needs of the dealership.
- Data Management - Accurately review and enter all customers’ appointments, inquiries and/or concerns into a CRM system.
- Create and foster relationships with new leads to help generate sales growth
- Build personal relationships with our customers
- Maintain and update all activity in CRM
- Hit individual targets and overall team objectives
- Communicate openly and be receptive to ideas
- Make sure our clients are happy and are able to see growth in their ROI
- Contribute ideas to our product development
- Teach us things we didn’t know
- Learn things you didn’t know
- Bring a great attitude and positive energy every day
**Experience**
- 1-2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing sales
- show us what you’ve accomplished
- At least 2 years’ experience in either inside sales, telemarketing, or working with software and/or digital solutions
- Experience working in automotive industry, specifically sales processes, systems & internal operations is an asset
- Ability to prioritize and quickly respond to customer requests
- Have a solid understanding of the sales cycle.
- Excellent and persuasive communication skills, both oral and written.
- Timely follow-through, consistency and a getting things done attitude.
- Strong negotiation skills and positive attitude
- Languages: Farsi, Hindi, Cantonese/Mandarin, Russian would be an asset
- Valid OMVIC License would be a valuable asset
- Tech savvy and marketing savvy - it’s what we do here, after all
Pay: $33,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
