**Duties**
- Manage and supervise construction project from conception to completion
- Coordinate and oversee all onsite construction activities
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to determine project needs
- Monitor and ensure compliance with building and safety regulations
- Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and progress tracking
**Experience**
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of construction estimating techniques
- Excellent time management abilities
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6-8 months
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
