**About Us**:
Ansept Construction Ltd. is a fast-growing general contracting company based in Edmonton, specializing in both residential and commercial construction projects. We take pride in delivering high-quality work with attention to detail and professionalism. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help lead and manage ongoing and upcoming projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to completion
- Coordinate with clients, trades, suppliers, and internal teams
- Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality
- Manage permits, inspections, and compliance with regulations
- Track change orders and ensure proper documentation
- Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
- Prepare regular progress reports for clients and stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools/software is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- PMP or equivalent certification is considered an asset
