We are currently seeking a highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position, with possibility of hybrid work upon completion of training. Please note that our office is not accessible via public transit.

**Primary Job Purpose**

Reporting to and working alongside the Tracker Systems Manager, the Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for entering and maintaining data entries into Divine Tracker. The individual will be responsible for receiving, analyzing and inputting requests submitted by other departments. They will use their detail oriented and technical skills to accurately and efficiently enter information that the company relies on. Other miscellaneous administrative tasks may happen from time to time.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Review material data entry requests submitted by other departments and use detail-oriented skills to be able to detect errors
- Add and maintain all product information within Divine Tracker including but not limited to descriptions, package sizes, dimensions, product codes, costing, pricing, and discontinuations.
- Calculate costing and pricing using various calculation structures
- Effectively communicate product changes and updates to the team by maintaining and organizing a product change and discontinuation channel
- Complete audits of the data in the system ensure all entries are correct and up to date annually at a minimum
- Attend weekly departmental meetings to ensure tasks, goals and strategies are communicated.
- Manage and maintain the most up to date Supplier pricing information
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks

**Requirements**:
**Skills Required - Technical**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to adapt to and learn new systems and software

**Skills Required - Non-Technical**
- Exceptional keyboarding skills, with good accuracy and speed
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills is an absolute must
- Detail oriented and ability to detect errors
- Strong communication skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills

**Education and Experience Required**
- Experience in the flooring industry and basic product knowledge, including strip flooring, carpet, tile, and accessories is considered an asset

**Working Hours & Location**
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (flexible hours)
- On-site, with potential for hybrid work arrangements
