**Description**:The Client Services Worker reports to a Client Services Worker with Supervisor Responsibilities (PSR) Program Supervisor. The Client Services Worker with Supervisor Responsibilities reports to the Client Services Coordinator This person works primarily within a team setting, however, may also work independently within a program or through community access. This is a front-line position that has the responsibility to support and facilitate the development of skills and competencies that will assist clients to pursue and fulfilling their goals, objectives, and aspirations.

**Minimum Qualifications: (CSWorker 1)**:

- Equivalent of High School education from a recognized institution (or currently enrolled in High School)
- Proficient command/comprehension of the English language
- Police Information Check that does not disqualify you from employment
- Emergency First Aid and CPR
- Minimum three Open Futures Learning courses annually
- Class Five License and two-million-dollar liability insurance on personal vehicle (when applicable)

**Other training and experience requirements**:

- Personal Care
- Lifting/Transferring
- Seizure care

**Clients with Complex Needs (Applicant must have)**:

- One year formal education in a related field such as Community Disability Studies, Child and Youth Care, Community Mental Health Certificate, etc. & at least 1 year of experience with complex needs
- In the absence of education, two years of experience with complex needs
- In the absence of education and two years of experience with complex needs, five years in the community disability sector
- Validated: Community Disability Studies, Child and Youth Care, Community Mental Health Certificate or 5 years complex support needs

- 8 hours/week: Alternating Weekends: 0800-1600

**#30-472 (Complex Behavior needs)**:

- 16 hours/week: Saturday & Sunday: 1000-1800

**#30-481 (Complex Behavior needs)**:

- 40hours/week: Monday to Friday 1600-2400

**#30-463 (FEMALE ONLY)**
- 12 hours/week: Alternating Weekends: 1200-2400

**#30-474(FEMALE ONLY)**
- 12 hours/week: Alternating Weekends: 1200-2400

**#30-477 (FEMALE ONLY)**
- 32.5 wake + 10 sleep hours/week: Monday to Friday 0000-0830

**#30-482 (FEMALE ONLY)**
- 22.5 hours/week: Monday to Friday 1360-2100

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $19.45-$22.77 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
