**What your Role will be**:

- First & central point of contact, for all customers in person or on the phone.
- Support Sales Team with floor control and Dealership traffic logging.
- Promptly and efficiently run the Dealership’s telephone switchboard and direct all calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage and maintain a welcoming customer waiting area.
- Compile and finalize vehicle licensing
- Stock in vehicle inventory
- Order supplies as needed
- Receive customer payments or obtain credit authorizations.

**What you will bring with you**:

- You have excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced Team environment
- Computer skills are key, which include Word, Excel and Outlook. CDK/180 knowledge is an asset.
- Previous Dealership and licensing experience is an asset
