This role is suitable for individuals who have a commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service and a love of the automotive industry. Responsibilities Meet and greet clients arriving for service appointments with a positive, helpful attitude. Provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients by exceeding their needs and expectations. Answer, forward, and screen phone calls within the Service Department in a professional manner. Maintain service and warranty records management and filing processes. Provide clients with information and updates regarding the status of vehicle repairs. Familiarize clients with Service department personnel and Service areas. Work closely with department managers to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in the Automotive and/or Hospitality industry is preferred. Knowledge of CDK computer operating system or similar systems would be considered an asset. Ability to be professional and deliver exceptional service to clients. Conscientious, thorough, accurate, and reliable when performing and completing job tasks. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate information accurately, clearly, and as intended. Accurate and efficient typing skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to multi‑task in a high‑volume, fast‑paced working environment, frequently under urgent deadlines. Sound, practical business judgment, and a problem‑solving, client‑focused, results‑oriented approach. Excellent document creation, reviewing and proofreading skills with a high level of proficiency related to business correspondence and communications. Process‑oriented; superior attention to detail and accuracy. Results‑driven and career focused individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to be successful. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
