- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closing.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Create detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion.

**Skills**
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in construction estimating and budgeting processes.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam, Civil 3D, or HeavyBid.

Pay: $69,481.00-$75,728.00 per year
