As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey, the role of Manager, Warehousing Process will be pivotal in modernizing our operations capabilities across McCain Foods.
**Accountabilities**:
Drive technology solution design for end-to-end Order To Cash with major focus on Warehousing both internal & external
Bring internal perspectives, external benchmarks, and industry trends to solution design to create an industry-leading technology solution
Translate business requirements and priorities into user friendly system capabilities
Ensure alignment between ERP and 3PL technology solution design
Prioritize system usability and end user adoption in the design of the system
Provide escalation of cross-functional decisions to Transformation Leadership Team

**Qualifications**:
5 years of supply chain, technology, or related experience
Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
Ability to work collaboratively across several functions and regions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and propose solutions
Continuous improvement mindset with a bias towards action
Experience with deployment of ERP and/or 3PL technology integration
**Skills**:
Results-driven and process improvement-focused with a strong propensity for excellence
Meticulous and detail-oriented with a bias towards quality
Proven communication skills with an ability to engage both executive-level management and operational teams effectively
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a willingness to challenge the status quo

This role has the flexibility to be based out of any of our corporate offices in North America (Florenceville, New Brunswick; Oakbrook Terrace, IL or Toronto, Ontario).

**Compensation Package**: $97,500.00 - $130,000.00 CAD annually + bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
