Your services may include: psychosocial assessment, resource-based interventions, individual, group and family treatment, risk screening, counselling, case management and coordination, transition or discharge planning, and prevention, promotion and public awareness activities.

**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) through Heart & Stroke Foundation. Previous experience working in an acute care hospital.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience working in an acute care Emergency Department. Knowledge and experience with Decision Making Capacity. Understanding and experience of Greif and Loss. Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
