Responsibilities:
will be primarily the maintenance and enforcement of residential real estate.

working with tenants, insuring compliance, making sure repairs are done.
- Perform maintenance duties to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facilities
- Empty trash as needed
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties

Need to inspect property and deal with tenant issues.
