Our Oakville Location is up and running, and we are looking to add to the Grande Family

Grande Burrito started in Scarborough, ON, and the brand is slowly expanding and has 4 locations across in GTA.

We have a Part-Time positions available, Looking for Day team as well as Evening team. Maybe you have a weird availability and don’t think it could work for us? Reach out We can see what might work

Starting wage is 17.75 plus 2ish dollars an hour in tips

Position Available
- **Part Time - Team Members** (working both front and back) Also, lots of room for quick growth into Supervisory role based on performance after training of all the Grande ways

Grande is striving for 3 major things every single shift, every single day Regardless what your position is..you are responsible to execute on the following
- Customeres are leaving the restaurant doing “Happy Dance”, They are vowed by the service they just received and their food is nothing but the absolute best quality and freshness
- The restaurant is sparkly clean and organized
- The team is so happy with atmosphere that they consider themselves part of “A Dream Team”

So some question? Do you know all of our recipes? Can you make a perfect Burrito? Can you cook chicken to perfection? Do you know what’s in our Guacamole? Can you wrap the burrito like a pro? No?? Well..may be this isn’t job for you

Ha Just kidding All of those things, we can TRAIN you to do - that’s on us

What we can’t train and you must come already equipped with in order for us to offer a position
- A positive attitude
- An understanding that in the hospitality industry-competition is fierce The customer needs to leave the establishment with a smile so wide that all of their friends will be in the next day to get some Burritos The team is who makes that happen
- A drive to always make things better for the next shift - because you want to be a part of a team that always has each others back.
- Ability to multi task and prioritize
- An eye for clean - some people see dirt..some people don’toh and the passion to change if its not clean:).
- Problem solving skills
- Multi tasking
- Willingness to learn

**Job Type**: Part-time
