**PURPOSE**

Staff Shop requires an intuitive, knowledgeable, results-driven relationship builder who can take action, problem solve and direct the intake and fulfillment of job orders, lead as the primary account manager for our clients, initiate and execute recruitment campaigns/strategies, and stay true to our value proposition: _Elevating People, Business and Experiences _for our clients and employees across North America.

**PRIMARY CONTRIBUTION**

Your primary contribution is to free up the CEO & COO’s time - maximize revenues and profits from existing clients, ensure gross margin optimization, and identify business development opportunities for the sales and operations team. Temporary Staffing is the main focus with Direct Hire Support as needed.

**Reports to**: COO for operations excellence & CEO for strategic direction and stakeholder ROI.

**RESPONSIBILITIES / ASSIGNMENTS**

**Account Management (50%)**
- Manage Client relationships, ensuring our Clients are so satisfied with our work that they give us 100% of their relevant business and never leave us for our competitors
- Manage and take accountability for all open and incoming requisitions and projects, as well as their progress and profitability - on and offsite
- Increase repeat and referral business, addressing Client issues and inquiries regarding current business and potential contracts
- Represent and build awareness of Staff Shop’s brand, mission, vision and values through presentations, meetings, onsite check ins, trade shows and other marketing and networking events

**Recruitment (50%)**
- Use the most efficient, updated and competitive processes, methods, tools and technology to attract and retain top talent
- Manage the ongoing cultivation of a robust pool of talent, enabling us to fulfill all incoming orders with available personnel to spare
- Maintain a safe and engaging culture that will allow stakeholders to reach their targets, embrace failure, learn and thrive
- Represent and build awareness of the Staff Shop brand, Mission, Vision & Values through interviews, onsite presence, job fairs and other recruitment events
- Ensure compliance with all Regional, Provincial and Federal laws and regulations while effectively managing hiring, terminations, performance management and health and safety issues of employees, through a lens of kindness and respect

**TASKS & TIME ALLOCATION**
- Weekly planner must be completed weekly and used throughout each day
- **30%** Attracting, retention and talent development _(web chat, video meetings, performance management tools)_
- **20%** Administration, strategy development and project execution _(ATS, web-based tools like Asana and Google Sheets)_
- **20%** Event coordination and oversight _(on-site Client visits, local, national and international travel)_

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary education or a combination of related education and experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Min. 5 years’ combined experience in full cycle staffing/recruiting and operations management
- Must be flexible on hours of availability going above and beyond typical office hours for Client requirements
- A proven track record of exceeding KPIs and metrics including budget management
- Google Workspace, NextCrew & HubSpot Proficiency or ability to learn quickly
- Proven project management (managing and prioritizing multiple searches and projects with flawless execution) while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
