Coordinate all aspects of truck booking for private and coorprate events
- Book festivals for food truck to attened
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensure smooth event operations and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Assist in event marketing efforts to attract attendees
- Assist the General Manager with sales and marketing and day-to-day operations as needed
- Provide prompt and friendly service to customers in a way that will exceed customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist the General Manager with sales and marketing and day-to-day operations as needed
- Work in the food truck for events as needed
- Follow procedures to prepare food products for customers, maintaining the highest level of product quality and cleanliness
- Ensure team members follow proper sanitation procedures and safety standards are maintained
- Train new staff when needed
- Other duties as required

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in event coordination or related field
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Knowledge of catering services and restaurant operations is a plus
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and upselling techniques

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
