We are seeking experienced and reliable **Asphalt Raker** to join our team. As a key part of our crew, you will be responsible for raking and maintenance of asphalt, paving on various projects such as parking lots and driveways. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help with the spreading, leveling, and smoothing of asphalt and other materials.
- Assist with the repair and maintenance of asphalt surfaces.
- Maintain safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment for all crew members.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Must have minimum experience of 5 years.
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, and various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Familiarity with asphalt paving techniques and finishing processes.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials as required.
- Commercial driving experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with crew members.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

- Ottawa, ON K2E 6T8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
