**Skills**

- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Competency in using computerized systems for scheduling and record keeping.
- Prior experience as a dental receptionist or in a clerical role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
